					<description>I don't know if I'd go so far as to say they're "taking back the technology leadership." It's far too early for such a statemment. That said, Quark obviously &lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt; trying to get back in the game after warming the bench a while, and that's cause for optimism among Quark fans, XPress users, and editors of sites about Quark news (ahem).</description>
