Conference/Cruise set for a 7-Day Jaunt from Fort Lauderdale in October

The PowerXChange has announced, via its e-newsletter, a 7-day Carribean cruise/QuarkXPress 7 training conference slated for this coming October.

Called “CruiseXPress”, the event is chartered through Ocean Class Cruises, a company that specializes in seaborne training conferences. The event boasts Frank Romano as keynote speaker,and features Cyndie Shafstall, amongst other XPress experts. The 7-Day itinerary covers the western Carribean with stops at Grand Cayman and Cozumel, departing Fort Lauderdale, FL, on 21 Oct 2006.

Conference registration is $795, with price breaks for QuarkAlliance members, and accommodations are $599, based on double-occupancy.
