How-To’s Day: Photoshop: Creating Realistic Skin Tone

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all portraits are created equal, that they are endowed by their Designers with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Tonal Breadth, Color Fidelity, and the pursuit of Photo-Realism.

All men (and women) may be created equal under the United States of America’s Declaration of Independence, but they generally aren’t created equally or accurately in Photoshop—as ChiCha points out in her tutorial about creating and using realistic skin tone palettes.
