Wherever I go, whomever I teach or talk to about Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, Acrobat, and the other tools of our trade, the most common request asked of me is for keyboard shortcuts.
We all use them to save us time and trips to the menu bar. The simple flick of two fingers upon the keyboard can save two, three, or even more strokes and clicks with the mouse. A second saved here, a half-second there; cumulatively, keyboard shortcuts, especially for the most used commands, can become tremendous time savers.
That’s why everyone I meet at seminars, training classes, user group meetings, conventions, or the local Mac store asks me for shortcuts.
So, rather than create another effect or procedurural tutorial for today’s How-To’s Day how-to, I’ve provided a few lessor known shortcuts I use day-in and day-out. I find them tremendously helpful in my Photoshop work; I hope they’ll prove equally valuable to you.
Get ‘em here, in PDF format (43k), ready to print and post beside your monitor.
